Changing lifestyle is one of the basic ways to get off some tensions or stress that you may deal with every day.
I personally believe that you are your best friend. Love and understanding yourself can make you motivated and enthusiastic. Don’t depend on others for mental support. You are strong enough to support yourself.
No need to confess and clarify yourself to others. Always remember that everyone has an individual identity and choice. It is not necessary to fit for each other.

- Meditating.
- Enough sleep.
- Eating healthy food.
- Stay around greeny.
- Busy yourself with some activities or exercise.
- Quitting caffeine and smoking.
- Avoid alcohol and smoking.
- Book reading or cooking
- Spending more time with your hobbies.
- Make fun with children. Their innocence can make you happy.
- Don’t be shy to share your words with otters (family or friends or loved ones.)
Stress And Anxiety– Same?
They are two sides of the same coin. Stress is the result of the demands of the mental and body. Anxiety can be a reaction to stress.

Anxiety And Depression

These feelings are normal for daily life. But when this interrupts your daily day’s work and you can’t motivate yourself to do anything, it means you are on the edge of an extreme position.

Expats always suggest that food is such things that can satisfy your appetite and brain. The smell of food can make a person happy. If you like to cook food, then do it. You can experiment with food.
Or you can do research work on food history. Do it for yourself. You are the ultimate person who can make you happy and healthy.

Overlook: Stay Happy With You
Listen, it is your life, you may experience worse as well as fine things. Don’t escape from reality. Although, you can go to a hill station or sea beach for a few days. It’s important to entertain yourself.
